Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Compliance Analyst to investigate OFAC alerts and support sanctions screening across domestic and international client activities. You will review transactions, perform data checks, and help ensure regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced environment.

The role emphasizes data review, reporting, and collaboration with partners, with a first shift and a 40‑hour work week; pay range $25.00–$32.67 per hour. Benefits eligible and industry-leading benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, operations, compliance, sanctions, or a related risk management environment
• Experience working in a highly regulated, production-driven environment with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation
• Ability to remain focused in a repetitive environment.
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems while maintaining data integrity
• Analytical and detail oriented; ability to make accurate and timely decisions
• Good oral and written communications skills
• PC proficiency and excellent keyboarding/typing skills/data entry
• Ability to work independently, as well as, within a team
• Overtime as required
• Schedule is Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Investigate OFAC alerts for domestic and international bank businesses or services functions
• Review and process OFAC transactions to meet compliance requirements
• Performs item processing functions under moderate supervision within a process that has built-in checks and balances
• Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers/clients
• Basic level reporting
• Assists with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
• Supports the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
• Provides guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
• Expands business products knowledge within operations environment
• Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates
• Inspects data to identify issues and trends
• Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes
