Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, operations, compliance, sanctions, or a related risk management environment
• Experience in a highly regulated, production-driven environment with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation

Responsibilities

• Investigate OFAC alerts for domestic and international bank businesses
• Review and process OFAC transactions to meet compliance requirements
• Perform item processing with checks and balances
• Ensure quality service and effective operations support for internal partners and external clients
• Basic level reporting
• Coordinate implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
• Support design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
• Provide guidance on procedural, technical, and operational changes
• Expand product knowledge within operations
• Develop relationships with partners and teammates
• Inspect data to identify issues and trends
• Collect and interpret data to validate processes
