Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, operations, compliance, sanctions, or a related risk management environment.
• Experience working in a highly regulated, production‑driven environment with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
• Analytical and detail oriented; ability to make accurate and timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate OFAC alerts for domestic and international bank businesses or services functions.
• Review and processing OFAC transactions to meet compliance requirements.
• Perform item processing functions under moderate supervision with built-in checks.
• Ensure quality service and effective operations support for internal partners or external customers/clients.
• Basic level reporting.
• Assist with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions.
• Support design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.
• Provide guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.
• Expand business products knowledge within operations environment.
