Anthropic is seeking a Sanctions Compliance Lead to manage and scale our sanctions and export controls programs across global products and partnerships. You will set strategy, assess risk, govern screening, and report to I&C leadership and the Audit Committee, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Trade Compliance Counsel.

• Substantive hands-on sanctions program leadership experience.
• Experience with OFAC, EU, UK and other regimes and program design.
• Experience drafting policy and communicating to senior leadership.
• Ability to coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.

• Lead sanctions program strategy, risk appetite, and policy framework.
• Oversee sanctions screening, reports, and regulator inquiries.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance Counsel and Legal on interpretation of law.
