Job summary

Hill's Pet Nutrition, part of Colgate-Palmolive, seeks a Territory Manager in San Francisco, CA to grow net sales within veterinary clinics. The role requires 25% travel and does not include relocation assistance.

You will help build omnichannel net sales, expand product mix, and boost BRMO in the assigned territory. You will promote Hill’s diets, educate clinicians through detailing and in-clinic seminars, and develop customer-specific strategies to drive growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in sales or veterinary clinics.
• Valid driver's license (DL NUMBER).

Responsibilities

• Manage veterinary clinics and hospitals to grow net sales and market share.
• Ensure 6Ps coverage and strong BRMO execution.
• Promote Hill's products and implement clinic programs.
• Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars.
• Drive product endorsements and customer relationships.
• Develop territory strategies based on customer analysis.
• Leverage programs to increase product experience and brand awareness.
• Roll out product launches and detail products to clinic staff.
