Job summary

Colgate is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Philadelphia, PA or Southern New Jersey, building a veterinary clinic customer base and driving omnichannel net sales for Hill's Pet Nutrition.

You will promote Hill's products, conduct in-clinic seminars, and educate clinicians on the nutritional value and business impact of Hill's diets, while expanding market share and brand presence in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Driver's License (DL) required.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Preferred: Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
• 2+ years of sales experience or vet clinic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a customer base of veterinary clinics, building omnichannel net sales, volume, market share and BRMO.
• Ensure excellent coverage and 7Ps execution to grow net sales, drive volume, BRMO and market share.
• Promote and merchandise Hill's products and services; implement the Perfect Clinic program where applicable.
• Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars on the value of Hill's pet diets and products.
• Develop creative customer-specific strategies and joint plans to achieve results.
