Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking a Territory Manager for Champaign, Illinois. You will manage veterinary clinics, grow Hill’s consumption, and expand market share while monitoring competitive dynamics in the territory. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, with a valid driver’s license.

A DVM and animal-health sales experience are preferred. ~25% travel; remote work options are noted.

• DL NUMBER - Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage a customer base of veterinary clinics and hospitals, driving net sales, volume, market share and BRMO.
• Ensure strong coverage and 6Ps execution to grow net sales and market share.
• Promote and merchandise Hill's products; implement programs where applicable.
• Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars on Hill's nutrition and value.
• Develop creative customer-specific strategies and joint plans based on Customer Analysis.
• Rollout new product launches and detail products to clinic staff to increase in-store presence.
