The Thompson San Antonio, a luxury hotel property, seeks a General Manager to deliver a world-class guest experience and lead a high-performing team across Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Engineering. You will steer operations, guest satisfaction, and community engagement with an emphasis on exclusive service and refined luxury.

Applicants should have 10–15 years of senior hospitality leadership, a strong track record in owner-driven environments, and a deep understanding of luxury residential hospitality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality management.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience operating high-end residential hospitality products and delivering Michelin-level service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all hotel operations including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Engineering.
• Develop and lead a high-performing, engaged leadership team across the organization.
• Drive financial performance with budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional guest and resident experiences at the level of luxury.
