Lifetime HOA Management seeks an experienced HOA Community Manager to lead on-site operations in San Antonio. You will work closely with Boards and homeowners, ensuring compliant, well-managed communities under Texas law.

Responsibilities include board leadership, budget review, vendor coordination, and proactive maintenance oversight, with a focus on customer service and professional communication.

Formación

• Minimum of two years in HOA, property management, or related real estate management.
• Strong knowledge of Texas HOA laws and governing documents.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and capital projects.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with HOA software and Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for HOA homeowners and Boards.
• Attend and facilitate Board meetings and prepare agendas.
• Manage day-to-day HOA operations and inspections.
• Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and capital projects.
• Review financial statements, budgets, and reserves.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and Texas HOA laws.
• Support governance matters and elections.
