Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales in a Best Buy store in Minneapolis, MN. You will engage customers, present features, and build relationships with Best Buy staff to achieve store goals.

The role offers weekly pay, hourly wage of $19, paid training from home, and clothing/equipment provided. You’ll work about 32+ hours per week, including weekends and some holidays, with benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store.
• Uncover and understand the needs of the customer and recommend a Samsung product to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for Best Buy employees and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Build partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and staff.
• Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
