Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring a Samsung Experience Consultant to drive sales inside a Best Buy store in Selma, TX. You will demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung devices, build relationships with Best Buy staff, and help customers choose the right products.

The role offers hourly pay of $19, quarterly bonuses, DailyPay, paid training at home, apparel and device provided, plus medical/dental/vision benefits and a 401(k) match. Expect about 32+ hours weekly with weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and Best Buy staff.
• Develop partnerships with Best Buy staff to achieve key initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and staff.
• Ensure retail brand standards through merchandising, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and insights.
