Qualifications

• Experience supporting sample room operations and inventory management.
• Familiarity with garment labeling, tagging and documentation.
• Comfort with fast-paced fashion timelines.

Responsibilities

• Creating the fabric/trim board for each collection
• Sourcing/ordering seasonal color trims for each season
• Monitoring all trims and supplies in sample room (pattern paper, brown paper, muslin, etc.)
• Pulling patterns and requesting corresponding samples from warehouse
• Creating RMA to return samples to warehouse each week
