MERIEUX NUTRISCIENCES Dietary Supplement Testing North America in Allentown, PA is seeking a Sample Receiving Technician to enter samples, assign test codes, and ensure proper handling through lab shipping. The role supports quality processes and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires basic computer skills and knowledge of LIMS, with 1+ year of relevant work experience. Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 1+ year relevant work experience.
• Basic computer operation skills to enter sample information into LIMS.
• Some knowledge of microbiology and chemistry is helpful for proper testing codes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log in samples for analysis and assign IDs in LIMS.
• Contact clients to clarify missing information for accurate coding.
• Store samples securely and maintain integrity until analysis.
• Prepare packages for shipping and document related records.
• Arrange shipment to other facilities and file documentation.
• Assist in developing client reports and data analysis as needed.
• Support quality assurance and follow procedures to identify deviations.
