Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ year relevant work experience or an Associate's degree.
• Basic computer skills to operate the keyboard while entering sample information into the LIMS.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate with clients to clarify information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log in samples in LIMS and prepare documentation.
• Contact clients to clarify missing information for accurate codes and sample details.
• Store samples and maintain integrity; dispose of excess samples as needed.
• Prepare packages for shipping vendors and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare samples for shipment to other testing facilities and file paperwork.
• Assist in developing customized client reports and data analysis for reporting.
