Job summary

Mérieux NutriSciences - North America is seeking a Sample Receiving Technician in Allentown, PA. The role focuses on entering samples into LIMS, assigning test codes, and ensuring timely release of samples to operations for analysis.

The incumbent will contact clients for missing information, prepare samples for shipping, and support documentation and reporting. Schedule includes four 10-hour shifts weekly with a starting pay of $18/hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer operation skills to enter sample information into the LIMS.
• Ability to read and interpret documentation to assign codes and test details.
• Good written and oral communication for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log in samples for analysis.
• Assign identification numbers and enter data into LIMS.
• Contact clients to clarify missing information.
• Store samples properly and maintain integrity.
• Prepare packages for shipping and documentation.
• Assist in developing client reports and data analysis.
