EMSL Analytical, Inc. in Cinnaminson, NJ is seeking a Sample Receiving Data Entry Clerk I to support laboratory management and analysts. The role handles shipping, receiving, logging, and distribution of samples, with duties spanning data entry, invoicing, and client support.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. It is a full-time, on-site role with a daytime to evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and data entry.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive environmental samples from customers and carriers.
• Open packages and sort samples to maintain integrity.
• Review paperwork for incoming samples for completeness and correctness.
• Enter Chain of Custody into the LIMS system for all lab divisions.
• Transfer samples based on priority to appropriate custody locations.
• Generate invoices and client reports as needed.
• Assist customers via in-person, phone, and e-mail communications.
• Coordinate and perform sample-related shipping, receiving, processing, and administration.
