Job summary

Phillip Jeffries Ltd currently seeks a detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to glue samples, manage master sample flow, and support production in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle incoming goods, maintain organized storage, and cross‑train on guillotine equipment while contributing to a highly collaborative team. This on‑site role offers health benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Glue Phillip Jeffries samples and meet daily production metrics (about 200 samples/hr).
• Select master samples from daily lists and hand to machine operators.
• Refiles master samples at shift end and after sample runs.
• Receive and store incoming product in designated warehouse locations.
• Become cross-trained on guillotine and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with sampling tasks and maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, free of debris.
• Support the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manually glue Phillip Jeffries samples, meeting daily production metrics (expected output of approximately 200 samples per hour)
• Select master samples based on daily picking lists and provide them to machine operators as needed
• Refile master samples accurately at the end of each shift and upon completion of sample runs
• Receive incoming product and properly store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Become cross‑trained on the guillotine and other equipment as needed
• Assist with sample gluing and related production tasks
• Maintain and clean all necessary equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Support the Sample Manufacturing Assistant Manager with additional tasks as assigned

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize tasks

• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team or as a single individual
• Basic computer skills

• Experience with WMS systems, a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds
