Job summary

Phillip Jeffries, a global luxury wallcoverings brand based in New Jersey, is seeking a Fulfillment Associate. You will master sampling, pick, pack, and process samples with precision, ensure on-time delivery, and drive efficiency in the fulfillment process.

You will maintain 5S standards and support SLA performance, while contributing ideas to improve the system. Expect to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent time management.
• Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus.
• Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus.
• Fork lift experience is a plus.

What you will be doing

  From the moment inbound inventory arrives, you're on it—receiving, putting away, and replenishing with speed and precision. You ensure samples are always where they need to be, powering a flawless fulfillment flow.

• Embrace the power of 5S: Resetting your work area to the 5S standard is second nature to you. Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain
