Pfizer is seeking a dedicated Sample Logistics analyst to support VRD's vaccine research operations. You will handle sample receipt, storage, tracking, aliquoting, and distribution to testing labs, ensuring chain-of-custody and compliance with cGMP/GLP.

The role emphasizes teamwork, precise documentation, and use of automated storage systems and laboratory instruments, with opportunity to contribute to robust sample management in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in a relevant scientific discipline is required.
• 0-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to support problem solving and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Receive samples from global clinical/trial sites and enter data into an electronic system.
• Maintain chain of custody documentation and sample storage and retrieval.
• Perform aliquoting, lab prep, and shipment to testing labs.
• Assist in instrument maintenance and compliance with cGMP/GLP.
