Pfizer is seeking an experienced leader to manage the clinical sample logistics function for its vaccine portfolio. You will oversee a 40+ team, safeguard sample integrity, and ensure compliant, temperature-controlled shipments across domestic and international networks from Pearl River, NY.

You will shape strategy, advance digital tools, and collaborate across Vaccines, Quality, Legal, Finance, and study teams to drive efficiency and scale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (see qualifications).
• 8+ years of logistics, supply chain, clinical trial operations, central laboratory, or biopharmaceutical experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management in large teams.
• Experience in regulated environments and risk management.
• Knowledge of global sample logistics, cold‑chain, and biohazard shipping.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global sample logistics for Pfizer's vaccine clinical portfolio, managing 40+ team members.
• Shape long-term logistics strategy and scalable operating models.
• Ensure temperature-controlled, compliant shipment of samples; maintain audit-ready processes.
• Drive vendor governance and performance of couriers and technology partners.
• Lead digital and automation initiatives in sample management and analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Vaccines, Quality, Legal, Finance and study management.
• Develop people, talent acquisition, performance, and succession planning.
