Job summary

Qualifications

• High or secondary school diploma or equivalent; relevant qualification.
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample and standard tasks including receipt, login, labeling, and inventory.
• Communicate sample and standard status to lab staff.
• Guide lab staff on procedures for samples and standards.
• Complete investigations and CAPAs as needed.
• Review laboratory requests for SOP compliance.
• Train on SOPs and regulatory guidelines; respond to alarms.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely, and safely.
