Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Able to work at a fast pace on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management and organization.
• Able to follow onsite standard operating procedures and PPE requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with LIMS and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day laboratory operations and support restocking.
• Support shipping and receiving and manage cold/room temperature storage.
• Handle onsite inventory and management of hazardous materials and waste.
• Coordinate instrument life cycle, calibration, and maintenance tasks.
• Plan post-service qualifications and instrument comparability runs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across testing teams and site leadership; support audit readiness.
