Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience in related roles.
• Organized with strong systems thinking and labeling discipline.
• Reliable with attention to detail to avoid tracking errors.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and new tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and log incoming samples from vendors and partners.
• Build and maintain the sample library with tagging, labeling, and shelving.
• Track sample status across development rounds and flag delays.
• Prepare samples for reviews, fittings, and quality evaluations.
• Ship samples to partners and team members as needed.
• Maintain a tidy sample room and support ad hoc projects.
