Job summary

Lola is seeking a Sample Coordinator to manage weekly incoming fabrics, lab dips, prototypes, and pre-production units. You’ll own the system that organizes, tracks, and reviews samples, supporting the product team through development rounds and meetings.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week at our Lehi, UT office. You’ll learn the full product lifecycle and contribute to sourcing decisions while keeping the sample room tidy and ready for visitors.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience in retail, operations, merchandising, or product internships.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and log incoming samples from vendors and manufacturing partners.
• Build and maintain the sample library: tagging, labeling, photographing, shelving.
