Job summary

ektello is seeking a Sample Coordinator (Creative/Marketing) for a long-term W2 contract in San Francisco. The role is fully onsite, Mon-Fri, requiring strong MS Office and Excel skills. You will manage seasonal samples, maintain records, and coordinate with Merchandising on arrivals and delays, while supporting the broader team on various projects.

The position emphasizes organization, communication with Brand MAs, and accurate copy fact sheet assembly across multiple systems.
