Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions is hiring a Sample Coordinator for an onsite role in San Francisco, CA. The position focuses on timely receipt of samples for seasonal flows, with a 40-hour work week under a 12-month contract.

As a W2 employee, you will receive health benefits and a 401K, and collaborate closely with Merchandising and Brand teams while maintaining accurate sample records.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator for one of our global retail clients. The focus of the role is to ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.

This is a 40-hour per week, 12-month contract (possible extension), an onsite role in San Francisco, CA.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow. Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information.
• Communicate with Merchadising team to discuss arrivals and delays.
• Build rapports with Brand MAs.
• Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems. Support entire team with other projects.

Requirements

• 1 2 years of experience in retail and sample management preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and email, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.
