Job summary

GFF is seeking a detail-oriented Sampler in City of Industry, CA. You will handle sample requests, pack samples with cold packs, and coordinate with R&D and Sales to ensure timely delivery of standard products.

You will manage inventory, prepare airfreight shipments, and maintain the Sample Room and related records. Ideal candidates have strong organization, good communication, and proficiency in MS Office; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage sample requests from Sales, R&D and customers.
• Prepare and pack samples with cold packs for shipment.
• Coordinate with Inventory/Warehouse for standard products.
• Ship airfreight orders and ensure proper labeling and docs.
• Maintain Sample Room organization and inventory of supplies.
• Support trade shows with sample preparation.
