Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across the care continuum. You will guide patients through same-day surgical experiences with skilled preoperative and postoperative care, education, and compassionate support in a team-focused setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, documenting accurately, and promoting professional nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of the last update.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the care team.
• Plan and develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating and delegating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, legality, and accurate documentation.
