Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, Utah seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, collaborating closely with providers to ensure patient safety and comfort.

The position schedules 20 hours per week with 6:30 AM–5:00 PM shifts, three shifts weekly, and requires 24/7 hospital coverage including weekends and holidays. BSN and current RN license with BLS are required.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; required as of 4/27/2025 update.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• RN with BSN requirement; job description update dictates compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients across physical, social, and psychological domains and collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care and educate patients and families for ongoing needs.
• Implement care by coordinating the team and allocating resources efficiently.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adhere to licensure, and ensure accurate documentation.
