Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• BSN is required as of 4/27/2025; earlier hires follow prior requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and educate; develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement and coordinate care; manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and update care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism; ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.
