Qualifikationen

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start date.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.

Aufgaben

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient/family involvement and educate as needed.
• Coordinate and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Provide care aligned with the care plan, guidelines, and licensure; manage time and resources effectively.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan of care; ensure high-quality documentation and professionalism.
