Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of start date.
• BSN within four years if RN has <12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN is required as of last update (4/27/2025).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate with the care team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement, and coordinate follow-up needs.
• Implement care through delegation and collaboration while managing time and resources.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust plans based on patient response and satisfaction.
