Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Same Day Surgery Per Diem RN Day to join our award-winning team. The role emphasizes collaboration, thorough assessment, adherence to Standards of Care, accurate medication administration, and meticulous documentation of patient care.

Requirements include active RN licensure in New Jersey, with a BSN preferred, BLS certification, and ECG coursework completed during orientation. Experience is preferred but not strictly required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• One year of experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ECG course completed during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine health status of assigned patients.
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care.
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy.
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care.
