Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited institution; degree verified.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years.
• BSN is required as of 4/27/2025; older hires held to prior requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family, including education and follow-up.
• Coordinate care by directing the interdisciplinary team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed; document accurately and timely.
• Promote the nursing profession and participate in the development of others, adhering to ethics and regulations.
