Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN required; degree verified.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025 update.

Responsibilities

• Assess: evaluate physical, social, and psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: collaboratively develop and educate on the care plan with patient, family, and team.
• Implement: coordinate and delegate care per the plan; manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: review outcomes, adjust the care plan as needed, reassess changes.
• Professionalism: uphold standards, comply with regulatory requirements, ensure proper documentation.
