Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT seeks an experienced RN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, coordinate resources, and document outcomes with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires a BSN and current RN licensure with BLS certification; compact license transfer within 60 days is expected. Shifts total 20 hours weekly, including two 10-hour blocks, with call and holiday coverage as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice with compact-license transfer within 60 days.
• BSN from an accredited program; BSN required per update on 4/27/2025.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement an individualized plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Direct the care team, coordinate resources, and ensure care aligns with plan and licensure.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, documentation accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
