Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Salvage Team Lead to support the Claims Manager in leadership, salvage operations, and claim-technical duties. The role emphasizes maximizing net salvage proceeds, reducing cycle time and storage costs, and partnering with vendors and clients to improve the salvage lifecycle.

You will balance leadership with individual contributor work, tackling complex salvage files, title issues, bid decisions, and auction performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial total loss/salvage experience.
• Experience leading salvage teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup/leader when Manager is out of office.
• Oversee onboarding tasks and new hire immersion.
• Lead topics and trends for team Huddles and workshops; present findings to stakeholders.
