Job summary

Continental Resources, Inc. seeks a Saltwater Disposal Operator to oversee daily operation, movement, and maintenance of a saltwater pipeline and disposal facilities. A mentor will be assigned to facilitate learning.

Responsibilities include performing daily checks, preparing reports, maintaining equipment, monitoring data, and coordinating offloads. The role requires physical stamina and willingness to work nights and weekends in potentially loud field environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass respiratory fit test.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of disposal wells and gathering systems.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on fluid volumes and well conditions.
• Maintain pipeline, pumps, tanks, vessels, filters and related gear.
• Monitor inlet and injection data to ensure service continuity.
• Coordinate offloading to disposal facilities; avoid hazardous materials.
• Ensure facility upkeep (cleanliness, fences, signs, weeds).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
