Job summary

WaterBridge is seeking a Facility Operator in Orla, TX to assist with operations in Saltwater Disposals and Water Wells. Responsibilities include daily operations, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and 2 years of relevant experience are required.

This full-time position involves a 14 days on / 7 days off rotational schedule with day and night shifts available. Benefits include company-paid housing, medical, dental, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience on saltwater disposal sites.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record is required.
• Must live in Orla, TX or within a 60-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance daily.
• Monitor water levels to ensure tanks are operating correctly.
