Continental Resources, Inc. is seeking a Saltwater Disposal Operator to manage daily operation, movement, and maintenance of saltwater pipelines and disposal facilities, with a mentor to support learning.

The role includes performing daily checks, preparing reports, maintaining equipment, monitoring disposal data, and coordinating offloading while ensuring facility upkeep and safety. The position requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily operational checks of saltwater disposal wells and gathering systems.
• Prepares, maintains, and submits daily reports documenting fluid volumes, well conditions and maintenance.
• Performs routine maintenance to pipeline, pumps, tanks, vessels, filter cannisters and related equipment.
• Monitors daily inlet and injection data to ensure continuity of disposal service.
• Coordinates and oversees the offloading of saltwater into disposal facilities ensuring no hazardous materials are put into the disposal wells.
• Ensures facility upkeep (pressure washing, fences, signs, weeds, trash, etc.).
