Job summary
WaterBridge is looking for a Roustabout in Orla, TX, to assist in operations on Saltwater Disposals and Water Wells. Responsibilities include daily maintenance, gauging tank levels, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in saltwater disposal sites. The position offers company-paid housing during shifts, medical, dental, vision coverage, and other benefits. A full-time commitment with day/night shifts and 14/7 rotation is expected.
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Must be able to use technology and digital tools (iPhone, computer programs, etc.)
Experience working on saltwater disposal sites.
Live in Orla, TX or within a 60-mile radius of Orla, TX.
Responsibilities
Assist operators with daily preventive and corrective maintenance on SWD wells.
Gauge tank levels and keep track of pump pressures.
Check loads to ensure fluid is acceptable for disposal.
Inspect equipment and facility operating functions.
Monitor water levels to ensure tanks are within operating parameters.
