Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. seeks a facility operations leader to manage day-to-day functions at an assigned site in Ohio. You will supervise teams, monitor safety and cost, and ensure efficient production in a high-volume environment with responsibilities including salt and bulk product handling.

You will coordinate staffing, training, and compliance while delivering timely production and planning reports to higher management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations including storage, processing and bagging.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salt and other products quality; ensure consistent execution of operations policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute capacity utilization, inventory management, quality management, preventive maintenance, uptime, cost and efficiency.
• Monitor facility results and develop improvement plans for underperforming areas.
• Direct staffing, hiring, training, performance management, promotions and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and safety requirements.
• Lead the team on safety, customer service and operating costs; set performance expectations.
• Drive accurate product weights, fast truck loading, and reliable processing results.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly production and planning reports to other departments.
• Follow corporate accounting procedures related to payables at the facility.
• Schedule and coordinate production for processing and packaging effectively.
• Manage expenses in line with forecasts; oversee quality, storage, logistics, repairs, maintenance, labor.
