Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing projects and related improvements.
• Strong supervisory and project management capabilities; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site strategies to meet Safety, Quality, Volume, and Financial goals.
• Ensure safety and product quality at the Greendale bulk salt production facility.
• Establish standard operating procedures and train new employees efficiently.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to prioritize needs.
• Develop production schedules to meet customer demand and emergencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for the Greendale site.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering for support.
• Lead capital projects and maintenance with contractors to install process controls.
