Job summary

K2 Pure Solutions LP seeks a Maintenance Services Lead for the Salt Area at the Pittsburg, CA site. This role oversees offloading, conveying, and storage operations, leading maintenance teams and coordinating with the Maintenance Services Manager.

The successful candidate will perform field repairs on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and salt liner systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Software (CMMS).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and repair skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with root cause analysis and PM programs.
• Ability to lead safety-focused maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and operations for salt offload, conveyor, and storage equipment.
• Perform field inspections and repairs on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and salt liner.
• Plan and oversee maintenance for salt ship offload and storage systems.
• Maintain safe working environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Document work orders in CMMS and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Coordinate training with Maintenance Services Manager and develop SOPs.
