Armanino LLP seeks a senior SALT leader to guide multistate sales and use tax engagements across clients in the United States. You will advise executive stakeholders on planning, compliance, and transformation while expanding relationships and market presence.

You will champion scalable tools, data analytics, and tax technology integrations to improve client outcomes and delivery efficiency in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, taxation, business, or related field.
• Advanced technical knowledge of multistate sales and use tax laws, regulations, compliance, controversy, and planning strategies.
• Minimum of 12 years of State and Local Tax experience with deep expertise in sales and use tax.
• Minimum of 7 years in progressive leadership roles involving complex client relationships, multi-team oversight, and development of senior professionals.
• Demonstrated success generating significant leads, expanding strategic accounts, building market presence, and securing new clients and engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Set the strategic direction for complex multistate sales and use tax engagements, ensuring high-quality client outcomes across teams.
• Serve as a senior trusted advisor to executive-level clients on planning, compliance, audit defense, controversy, and enterprise transformations.
• Expand key client relationships and market presence through executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and new service opportunities.
• Provide firmwide technical leadership on taxability, nexus, product and service classification, and process transformation.
• Direct complex multistate research and development of defensible technical positions to mitigate risk and create value.
