Hair Saloon is seeking a part-time Saloon Coordinator in Kirkwood, Missouri. In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience. Responsibilities include booking appointments, managing check-ins, and maintaining an inviting environment.

The ideal candidate should be available for afternoon and evening shifts, with a passion for customer service. Hair Saloon values personal excellence and is dedicated to helping men look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary.
• Available weekday afternoons/evenings & Saturdays.
• 16+ years old (or have a valid work permit).
• Year-round position - not seasonal.

As a Saloon Coordinator, you’re the first and last point of contact for our guests and that makes you essential to the Hair Saloon experience. This is more than a receptionist role. You’ll lead the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring each visit feels smooth, welcoming, and elevated. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to build relationships will set the tone for everything we do.
