Hair Saloon is seeking a Saloon Coordinator to greet guests, manage check-in/out, book appointments, answer phones, and handle transactions. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering a smooth, welcoming guest experience during day shifts in St. Louis.

You’ll be the first and last point of contact, ensuring a seamless guest journey. No experience is required, you must be 16+ and available year-round to join a supportive, team-focused environment with growth opportunities.

As a Saloon Coordinator, you’re the first and last point of contact for our guests and that makes you essential to the Hair Saloon experience. This is more than a receptionist role. You’ll lead the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring each visit feels smooth, welcoming, and elevated. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to build relationships will set the tone for everything we do.
