Job summary

Hair Saloon is seeking a part-time Saloon Coordinator to be the first and last point of contact for guests, guiding them through check-in, appointments, and check-out with a friendly, professional approach.

You will greet guests, answer phones, process transactions, and help maintain an inviting front desk while supporting the team and daily operations. This position is great for flexible, customer-focused individuals looking to grow in a local, family-friendly business.

Qualifications

• No previous experience necessary.
• Available weekday afternoons/evenings (M-TH 4-8PM, F 4-6 PM) & Saturdays (7 AM- 4 PM).
• 16+ years old (or have a valid work permit).
• Year-round position - not seasonal.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm welcome.
• Manage the guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Book appointments, answer phones, and handle monetary transactions.
• Keep the front of the Saloon organized and inviting.
• Support the team and maintain daily operations.
