Job summary

Hair Saloon is seeking a part-time Saloon Coordinator to be the first and last point of contact for guests, guiding them through check-in, appointments, and check-out with a friendly, professional approach.

You will greet guests, answer phones, process transactions, and help maintain an inviting front desk while supporting the team and daily operations. This position is great for flexible, customer-focused individuals looking to grow in a local, family-friendly business.

Qualifications

• No previous experience necessary.
• Available weekday afternoons/evenings (M-TH 4-8PM, F 4-6 PM) & Saturdays (7 AM- 4 PM).
• 16+ years old (or have a valid work permit).
• Year-round position - not seasonal.

As a Saloon Coordinator, you’re the first and last point of contact for our guests and that makes you essential to the Hair Saloon experience. This is more than a receptionist role. You’ll lead the guest journey from start to finish, ensuring each visit feels smooth, welcoming, and elevated. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to build relationships will set the tone for everything we do.
