Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Orange, CA is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to join our brand as entry-level sales associates. We offer a vibrant, professional work environment with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, plus commission on all product, package, upgrade and membership sales. We provide customer service and sales training, plus leadership training for career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours per day).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Assist with holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to rooms and train them on tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales trainings.
